Yarra Valley Rentals P/L was first established in October 2005 and has one of the largest rental departments in the Yarra Valley. We are the only Company who specialises in Property Management, which allows us to fully concentrate on our Landlords and Tenants requirements.

Our company has excellent property management procedures in place, and we can offer our landlords low vacancy rates, high quality tenants and a hassle-free investment. This is achieved through careful tenant selection, the conduction of regular six-monthly inspections, prompt handling of maintenance and the regular collection & payment of rent. To simplify the payment of rent, tenants are given the opportunity to pay their rent in various options including Centrepay (Government Benefits) or direct deposit into our account. This assists tenants who work out of the area and allows us to pay our landlords straight away via an electronically computerised accounting system. This system also allows us to pay maintenance costs, water and council rates, insurances and any other payments that our landlords may require.
Use of the internet, rental lists and for lease boards are used to advertise your property and our office requires staff to attend regular training.
